You may have heard it said that you are what you eat, but there is not anybody who would like to awaken looking like a grease laden fry up! Bring to mind the unmistakable aroma of fresh fruit, such as a sliced banana, or fresh plate of strawberries. Similarly, its not much good having the required grade of gas if you don't have a regular service, which is why exercise is needed, to maintain our natural health and well-being. So many ways are available to expend energy usefully, and enjoyably; playing squash, badminton or working out in the gym, are just a few of them. Clearly some of your calories are used up at work, but in the interests of your natural health opt for something pleasurable when you have time on your hands.
